since I added SARMs, it's so much easier for me to keep an eye on diet and to workout more insistently. either its a placebo effect as I got motivated or IDK, but I can feel differently about nutrition and training since i started with them

they are even better now. after weeks of using - I can see big difference in the way I'm looking physically. But I perform much better in the gym (trainer also noticed) and do feel better to be honest. great overall experience with them.

had to update: they work well for me now. in the past i got bunk or something that doesn't work idk. now I'm on different ones and they work great

Update: I think I got low quality sarms the last time. now i used another source with different sarms and i could feel them working almost immediately. I even got less sarms (a combo of LGD and RAD)
