Thank you guys. I've been 2 weeks in my cycle and I'm feeling better with somewhat visible results. Can't say that the scale has changed much, but the mirror did!
I've been researching about it for a while and see lots of people saying that fasting is something that you have to work on to get your stomach and organs get used to it, slowly and steadily.
Update, lost 30 lbs. Still a long journey left, but I am happy to see the difference. Afraid of the oncoming holiday season, lol. Starting my third cycle soon. Thanks everyone
gotta learn about it as i thought that excess sweat will actually cause skin issues (like acne).
