    bench pressing 150 kg (330 lbs) means that you're in the top 1% of the strongest people in the world so yeah, you should be happy, or at least there is something that you can be proud of. so good luck man. 135 kg is still nothing short of impressive too!

    in the end, the point is that you should start slowly, and slowly titrate up in order to asses the way it works for you as long as you plan to stay away from the sides

    i've just said this in another post. S23 is more powerful than RAD140 indeed, but it just doesn't offer you that feeling that you're on the top of the world as RAD140 does. at least that's for me. I felt much better on RAD than S23

    rad is awesome for strength training. sr isn't that helpful tho. It is mostly effective for cardio endurance
