thanks guys, it really makes sense what you're saying. I guess I get it. I just look to get bigger and I guess it's easy to control how actually big I want to get.

i see lots of people talking about this sarm specifically. do you think it's good enough for me who wants to look great but doesn't want to get too big?
been thinking to add one more workout, but not sure if my body gets enough rest because I feel as if I'm constantly sore. been thinking about adding another workout but more of a HIIT type.
