    as far as i know, cardarine works on some type of proteins. stenabolic also doesn't work on central nervous system. so i guess they must be safe for heart?

    all trainers tell me to do cardio post-workout in an attempt to save energy and endurance for strength training. that's why cardio only after strength training. but strength training is mandatory 3-4 times a week

    yes I did. it helped me stay more active which surely helped me lose fat

    yes. cardio won't be harmful, but lifting weights will still help you drop off that fat.

    be sure that's it. lifting will help you lose weight even after training. your body will require energy (calories) to recover. but it only burns calories during cardio, not after it.
