I start to get it. the calorie restriction is what makes you get there. but to my understanding, these compounds boost the calorie expenditure your body has a day which is not bad at all IMO.

i started using Ostarine as a beginner despite not looking for bodybuilding, simply to lose fat. sounds good enough? and i see that ostarine is still popular. or it's not?
doing more and more research lately about muscles, dieting, foods and so on. interesting stuff to be honest. and I am pretty sure it will help me in the long run
