    oooh yeah... because i couldn't ever fall asleep and was only sleeping at 4-5 hours max. i noticed that everything changed. that's because i started to notice my thoughts have changed and this is what determines how we live our lives

    I wouldn't run RAD150 at all. Why would you? It's basically the same RAD140 but without too much information on it. After all, RAD140 is very helpful, why would I risk and use something that's not really known what it can cause?

    insomnia is a bitch for sure. in my 20s i used to suffer from insomnia a lot, guess because of my lifestyle and anxiety. it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had.
