look, if you find it too hard to get on a perfect diet - there's no need to. You can have that pizza. have a cheat day once in a while. just make sure that you remain in caloric deficit on a weekly basis. such as having one cheat day per week is when you eat your pizza. but the rest you're keeping it as it should be. plus, might try to eat a bit less on the day you have the pizza so you won't completely kill the diet that day. the point is, try to eat in caloric deficit as long as you want to lose fat. having a pizza once in a while won't be a huge problem unless you plan to competeare you having the best possible diet? everyone keeps telling me that.
