    motivated for my next cycle

do you experience side effects? do you feel them both working well for you? yielding results? it all depends on it. i was just trying to say that it's important to take it slowly

    going for round 2

glad your friend does well now. now imagine how many millions are in the exact same spot. it's scary that you have to do it all yourself, without having a degree and being called a doctor. and still doing better than those doctors...

can't I run stenabolic for longer than 8 weeks?

you should only use fat loss products like cardarine or stenabolic assuming you've already worked your diet. no point in them as long as you eat trash food

    ACP with SR

i've used acp once. I prefer rad140 instead... but we're all different, go for it and see how it goes for you

    motivated for my next cycle

just go with either stenabolic or cardarine, one or another, not both. just the one that works better for you

    Sarms for fat

training and dieting correctly alone will help you burn that fat. might add gw (cardarine) for extra boost. usually, it is enough.

    Reminder

exactly. a bloodwork can help prevent something getting really bad or it can help you get a good idea of where you're going. either way, you win. that's why it is so important.

can't I run stenabolic for longer than 8 weeks?

cardarine alone with a low calorie program is fine. 12 weeks cycle is doable, but only if you previously had experience with it and nothing longer than that.

    Hours per week training

not to offend you but that's a horrible plan. you lift light and then cardio - both of which will consume your energy and carbs. then you try to lift heavier, but you just can't as your body and muscles are already fatigued a bit. The point is - you'll never be able to lift as heavy as you...

    going for round 2

it is long ago out of hand... people are getting forced to vaccinate something they don't know what is it. and yet, people can't use something they know it'll be helpful (think SARMs steroids). and that's just first things that popped into my mind, not to mention so much more.

    first time bulking

and don't forget about sugars. Obviously calories and carbohydrates are playing a crucial role. But there's also sugar and fat that most tend to eat in surplus too.
  12. Broren21

can't I run stenabolic for longer than 8 weeks?

exactly. SARMs promote rest. Plus, experienced lifters' muscles are getting used to the strain and they properly eat to fuel their body with whatever it needs to recover faster. So overtraining is mostly a thing for beginners.
  13. Broren21

    Reminder

be sure it will. if you everything is alright you know you can start it safely. but if you something's off, you will be glad you had the bloodwork first and you know it's not the cycle that caused it (if you can start the cycle in the first place).

    Hours per week training

you're always welcome bro. if there's anything else i can help you with - i gladly will. but i'm still learning a lot so don't take my advice as a professional

Highly impressed with first SARM cycle

you're right there, actually. the first sarm usually have power effects. plus, most tend to work hard during their first cycle, hence bigger results

that's why everyone second person is overweight, basically...

    going for round 2

that's the problem of modern society. someone should control what is allowed and what is not, despite the fact that alcohol and cigarettes have no health benefits, unlike SARMs, for example. There are just simply too many "don'ts".

    finally found my source

I think you should. those guys never let me down, always professionals.
  19. Broren21

Highly impressed with first SARM cycle

just tell your bro to lower the intensity, and allow the shoulder to recover. putting constant pressure on it will delay recovery

Sarms for someone predisposed to heart issues

Well, they may have some negative effects on cholesterol, for example, and a bit on the liver, but the effects are so small that they barely are noticeable. A variety of SARMs have been demonstrated to lower HDL levels in subjects, likely secondary to a SARM-mediated increase in hepatic lipase...
