I've always loved RAD140 (Testolone) specifically for its ability to both help burn fat and grow muscle at the same time. You could go for it, but you still need a great diet.
SR 9009 is actually great for body recomposition and if I would have to guess, RAD 140 is even better than LGD 4033 for body composition.
So, I would keep the original plan of SR with RAD
why? need a source of SARMs?

well, I wouldn't believe that RAD140 is actually going to be a good option for TRT, but yes, RAD140 makes you just feel great. you somehow feel better. great energy, great motivation, feel good.
yeah they do. likely to get awesome performance boost which will help you progress. RAD 140 10 mg once a day. SR 9009 about 10 mg a day 3 times a day dosed evenly throughout your day. both for 8 weeks. it should be helpful
that's what I was talking about. wanna do cardio? always do it post-workout, if you still can. But you won't get better results when starting with cardio.
btw, you can start the workout with the treadmill just for warming up. many go this route. but i generally don't do the treadmill to warm up...
