I remember the first time when I started the count the macros. I was actually shocked to see how much I can eat. that's why calculating is so important.
lol. that's actually true. many people do not realize how much they eat and how little we actually need.

As said, calorie counting is actually very important. In the beginning I didn't do it either and I had great results for maintaing muscles and burning fat. But at some point I stopped seeing results. It was the calorie counting part that has helped me continue noticing results

tbh I wouldn't ever recommend adding PEDs unless you're counting your calories and having a great training plan
what's the point? we change bodies with dieting and training. PEDs just boost the process... agree with you here. diet on point, training on point and THEN add something
