but this may be a too high dosage. could start with 10 mg/day. and i tend to take it in the evening (I train in the evening, so i take it about one hour befor working out).Rad-140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m
rad is awesome for strength training. sr isn't that helpful tho. It is mostly effective for cardio enduranceon the other hand, i see that sr9009 does a great job to enhance performance and endurance, which is highly effective for strength training too, isn't it?

Totally agree with your siryes, the big advantage of rad is that it makes you actually feel better, unlike others out there. and sometimes, motivation is what you need to get things going
