well not exactly. Of course I wanted to lose some fat (who wouldn't? LOL) but my main goal was to enhance my stamina, energy and agilityto my understanding you wanted to lose weight and fat, isn't it?

it has a lot to do with your diet. if you're in caloric restriction then your energy and agility lowers. but if I'm in bulking, for example, I notice I am doing better. the calories (carbs) make a big difference.well not exactly. SARMs could help you with that too. especially such as Ostarine.well not exactly. Of course I wanted to lose some fat (who wouldn't? LOL) but my main goal was to enhance my stamina, energy and agility
that's obviously true. when you have enough carbs, your body gets its energy fuelit has a lot to do with your diet. if you're in caloric restriction then your energy and agility lowers. but if I'm in bulking, for example, I notice I am doing better. the calories (carbs) make a big difference.
that's true. but one SARM is still more suppressive than the other, regardless who takes it. and LGD4033 is suppressive indeed, but not as bad when you use it in doses of 5-10 mg/day. at least, for most peopleisn't it different from one person to another?,
in the 21st century, most people are searching to lose weight and burn fat rather than gain muscle.well not exactly. Of course I wanted to lose some fat (who wouldn't? LOL) but my main goal was to enhance my stamina, energy and agility
good point. that's why we shouldn't follow anyone's plan and run our own.SARMs indeed affect people differently. Pretty much as any other medication. For example ibuprofen does nothing for my headaches while my wife can treat most of her pains (including headaches) with half of an ibuprofen pill.
on the other hand, she can't tolerate other medications that I can. we're different.
but as sarmaster said, some compounds are still more suppressive than others by nature.
Just interested in what's the very first SARM you used.
what dosage? what were the results you had?Rad 140
it seems lots of people start with RAD 140 when interested in bulkingRad 140
wanted to ask the same question.what dosage? what were the results you had?
noticed the same. although they do not realize that MK 2866 could do a great job too, without PCTit seems lots of people start with RAD 140 when interested in bulking
Just interested in what's the very first SARM you used.
did RAD 140 and GW501516. Great cycle.I used RAD 140 and mk677
wanted to say the same thing. can pack on lots of muscles, but you should be careful about it.may seem too much for beginners, but if you responded well, sounds like a great bulking cycle
yeah... s23 is not for everyoneBut first cycle was S23, which I will never use again, lol
i always tell beginners to just listen to their bodieswanted to say the same thing. can pack on lots of muscles, but you should be careful about it.
and that's a great advice IMO!i always tell beginners to just listen to their bodies
how did you respond? didn't experienced much suppression?my first SARM was rad140 if i remember correctly.
i've heard of people suggesting that they do not need a PCT after RAD140, but TBH I think that's just a myth. RAD is suppressive enoughhow did you respond? didn't experienced much suppression?
that's actually true. there are studies indicating that rad is pretty suppressive even in tiny doses.i've heard of people suggesting that they do not need a PCT after RAD140, but TBH I think that's just a myth. RAD is suppressive enough
