yeah it seems like we can't share sources here publicly in the forum. But I used the top rated source here and i had success with it.
as about everything else - ostarine mk2866 is good enough for first timers. do you plan your first SARM cycle with it?
what is your age? weight/height? goal? do you workout and have a good diet?

what is your age? weight/height? goal? do you workout and have a good diet?

27/175lb/6'1. bulk up. working out 3-4 times a week for a year. gained a bit, but seems my gains plateau. lacking in the diet department but planning to fix it soon. although still trying to watch my protein intake and avoid sugar/sweets

Yes, it's the SARM that can actually help both lose some fat and add some muscles without nasty side effects.

you should definitely fix the diet. nutrition is extremely important for growing. and if you're searching to bulk up, make sure you train properly (for hypertrophy). definitely watch your protein too. there are also mass gaining shakes (includes protein) which could help.

Ostarine is just generally considered the first SARM cycle. Not the best for bulking, but still helpful. you could RAD140 or LGD4033 for your second cycle. and broren is right. fix the diet and train. after you get your "toe" wet with Ostarine, you can go with more serious SARMs.

I found my SARMs with the help of this site and never got scammed. lots of helpful information that really helps when you want to go through sarms world.
