ordering process is easy as you can easily send them money. customer support, however, wasn't really supportive as they should be. haven't answered my questions and simply ignored my messages about quality of products

i have no idea how this company seem to be so popular. the products are simply not working and when asking questions about this - your messages are ignored. very unhappy. never would return here and i recommend others to stay away if you want to save your money
