That’s all very strange.
Anyway, it does look like they have a free shipping policy (free for USA, order over 250 USD for Canada and order over 350 USD for Australia) whilst the shipping fees are: 20 USD for Canada; 30 USD for Australia and 32 USD for UK.
They claim that shipping is 6-10 business days for international orders, but shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19, which out of their control, yet package delivery is 100% guaranteed.
- What we do appreciate as we’re pretty sure any customer would: in case the customs seizes your package they are going to offer a free replacement/ reship making sure that your package is 100% guaranteed.
In terms of returns – they offer full return of unopened items only within 14 days of delivery with the exception of shipping costs. Shipping is refunded only if the return is a result of receiving faulty items.
