i was one of those who started with LGD and it was alright

i wouldn't call it nasty, but i noticed my headaches frequency increased (and it seems like intensity too) from YK11. but I often have headaches even without YK11, it just seems to make it worse. moreover, a painkiller always helped me. plus, as soon as i drop YK11 cycle, the side effect...

never tried rad. should give it a go. never tried mk677 either. but combo of cardarine and ligandrol is still working awesome!

yeah, i think the whole point is to go to the dosage that is safe for you. I also know there's the idea of using the lowest point of effective dosage, but i still think higher doses would still work better

not a big expert here and not trying to give the impression like I am one, but I read about Cardarine which you can use into almost any given cycle because of its benefits in terms of health (cholesterol) and low side effects. So i think you can go for it

then it sounds like an awesome compound! especially because it doesn't seem to offer any nasty side effects. well, maybe except for cancer that doesn't seem to occur when you use it in normal doses and normal perods

Agree with others because I also used I generally use LGD-4033 in higher dosage than just 10 mg/day

that's actually true for anything else. you can't expect a product to work the way it should as long as it's low quality. or not what is labeled at all.

Yk11 and LGD4033 Ligandrol are 2 best SARMs specifically size. use it and you won't be disappointed

i've been researching and i read that bodybuilders use cardarine, for example, as a compound to protect the cardiovascular and cholesterol health. the steroids worsen them and cardarine helps protect. some can confirm?

Cardarine should be great too to a beginner. It's limited in side effects. As long as you use it correctly. But it's technically not a SARm so not sure if can be added to the list. lol
